Our Story
Rosa Cares began from a real experience, not just an idea. Early in my caregiving journey, I built a close connection with one of my first clients, Holly. She saw something in me before I fully saw it in myself and encouraged me to continue this work, reminding me that I had a natural gift for caring for others.
For many years, my main career was working as a medical biller. Caregiving started as something I did on the side for a little extra cash. I didn’t see it as a stable path at first — just a way to help out and earn more. But over time, I noticed how different I felt when I was with my clients. I felt present, useful, and deeply connected. That’s when I realized caregiving wasn’t just side work for me — it was my calling.
Another meaningful relationship helped shape Rosa Cares. A long-term client, Mary, inspired the name “Rosa Cares” and helped design the logo. That moment made it clear this was more than a service — it was something personal.
Today, Rosa Cares is built on those experiences — real relationships, trust, and care that feels like family.
