Wisconsin CDCP Program: Rosa Cares actively supports our team's career development. Eligible PCAs can earn their Wisconsin Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) credential at no cost.

CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Additional Qualifications (Optional — Not required for PCA position)
